    1. Hi Andre thanks for your comment it is welcomed.
      The intention of TEPA and more so the RMI in general, is to restore the pride in the workplace, and ultimately workmanship.
      The efforts to upskill staff are critical for all business owners to buy-in to as well.
      Pride is founded, in when someone is impressed with themselves, and as business operators it is our role to instill that in our staff by setting the example as well.
      In order to attract new talent this is critical, the stigma of the dirty trade has to be broken.
